Salmon Cakes with Dill Sauce

My daughter checked this one out for me at the library. I want to make so many recipes from this one that I know I'm going to have to get a copy of my own. This is the first recipe we tried since we already had all the ingredients on hand. Loved the dill in the patties as well as in the sauce. We've made Salmon patties with mashed potatoes before but the other ingredients added take these over the top. I like the suggestion of using bulger instead of mashed potatoes and may try that version as well. Simple, delicious and good for you what more can you ask.
