Good recipe for family meal, so don't have to cut everything into uniform sizes! Increasing the amount of zucchini, and adding other vegetables, will improve it for a regular meal. I felt that the spicy orange sauce was lacking and it improved by increasing the amount of orange juice and chili sauce. Certainly worth repeating.
