I've never had Migas before, but there's a first time for everything. I'll start with the end result-- delicious!
I ran in to some problems, and later noted that someone mentioned (on Lisa's blog) what I would do differently, next time. According to the recipe, I was to add the egg mixture and the fried tortillas strips together at the same time. This resulted in soggy tortilla strips. The other problem I had was that she says to sprinkle the cheese, and stir gently until the cheese has melted...
