This is an excellent spread for those trying to watch their diets either due to being diabetic or to loose weight. Non dieters also enjoy it as is proof from my hubby and son. I used agave syrup instead of stevia (you were given a choice between the two). Interesting that you also use unsweetened applesauce, cider vinegar, boiling water and of course walnuts.
