This is my "go-to" recipe for macaroni and cheese, and everyone that I have made it for loves it! I've made it for my family and for guests and it gets rave reviews every time! I've also used different cheeses (like the cookbook suggests,) and it is equally as good. This is seriously one of my top recipes that I pull out when I know we want something for dinner that is delicious and comforting!
