This is a very good, simple cracker recipe. The recipe makes a very large amount of dough. I rolled out 1/3 of the dough and froze the rest for use at a later date. The thinnest crackers baked in 25 minutes and the thicker ones took close to 40 minutes to crisp up. I will serve these with the Fattoush Salad recipe.

What an interesting recipe! Did you try any of the optional mix-ins? I have not made crackers in years, but this recipe tempts me greatly.

I haven't tried any of the mix-ins, but I definitely will when I make future batches.
