This recipe is great - one of the rare things I've made that looks exactly like the picture in the book! Easy to make and it has great flavour. It can also be fed to wheat/gluten-free people safely.

Made this for a ladies' (gluten-free) afternoon tea and it was a huge success! So deliciously moist and chocolaty.
