This was delicious. Only 1 tablespoon of butter in the whole recipe but tasted like more. I think the buttermilk made up for the small amount of butter. I made the Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy from the site to go with. The gravy was fantastic on the potatoes. I just stumbled on this site and I'm in love. As our vegetable I made the Zucchini Parmesan Crisps from The Food You Crave. We had a wonderful low cal supper and hubby agreed it was very good. I did put a bit more butter in his potat...
