OH Wow! I love these. These will make a great breakfast when I can return to work. They don't take long and everything is mixed up in a mug. I did bake my own bacon and crumbled and put in a small plastic bag instead of getting the precooked crumbled bacon since it's much cheaper. Egg substitute (will be making some of own of this too since cousin keeps me in farm eggs), Laughing Cow Light Original Swiss, bacon, dried minced onion, and Dijonnaise, what could be easier.
