Easy, delicious and perfect for a hot summer day since you only have to use the broiler for a few minutes and you're ready to eat. We had these for breakfast but I think they would also make a great lunch or light supper with the addition of some fresh fruit. I used sour dough bread instead of the multi grain since I found out recently I have gout and have to limit my whole grains.
