These were very good. They didn't even need pancake syrup. They are loaded with flavor from the banana and vanilla flavoring. I didn't have vanilla soy milk so I used plain low fat milk and added an extra splash of vanilla. I like that this makes just enough for one serving. It uses whole wheat flour but isn't dry at all. Quick and easy breakfast.
