Mint Chocolate Chip Freeze

I loved this one. It gets it's minty flavor from peppermint extract or you can use spearmint. This is a great iced coffee drink without the guilt. It called for chocolate redi whip but I only had cool whip free on hand so I mixed a little calorie free chocolate syrup some of that for my topping. Most of the time I prefer my drinks without the topping but this was good. Next time I will mix the mini choco chips with the French Vanilla powdered creamer and warm water to help them better blend with the ice and other ingredients in the blender. They just fell to the bottom of the drink the way the directions stated.
