I loved this one. It gets it's minty flavor from peppermint extract or you can use spearmint. This is a great iced coffee drink without the guilt. It called for chocolate redi whip but I only had cool whip free on hand so I mixed a little calorie free chocolate syrup some of that for my topping. Most of the time I prefer my drinks without the topping but this was good.
