The title of this recipe fits it to a T. It is indeed a scrumptious scramble. I decided to scale this recipe to serve just me. Instead of an egg and an egg white I just used two eggs. I used dried dill since she says either fresh or dried and dried is what I had on hand. I had grape tomatoes instead of a whole tomato so I diced up a few of those and I did have red onion which is what is called for and diced up those.
