When I saw Rachael make this one her show Monday I realized I had all the ingredients on hand except flat leaf parsley, so decided to make this for our supper. I'm so happy I did as it was delicious. I loved the tip she gave for making your own thick Balsamic Vinegar. You cook the thin balsamic until it reduces down and gets thick. It adds a wonderful brightness to the cherry tomatoes, garlic and olive oil sauce for the spaghetti.
