This was really very easy to make and quite the crowd pleaser both visually and appetizing. Next time I would roll the puff pastry out on the parchment on the pan - it is very hard to move once it is rolled (mine was ugly so I just called it a 'rustic tart' it tasted fine). The puff pastry puffs up HUGE but does flatten easily as instructed.
