We loved these. I promised my great niece we'd make these last week and we did. They're loaded with banana flavor from the mashed banana, banana baby food and another slice of banana on the finished cup cake. Icing is easy with Cool Whip (I had some leftover I'd whipped from the Ginger Peach Scones so I used that. Added a few calories though), and peanut butter. These will be made again.
