This is pretty good but you have to plan ahead as after you wash and slice the peaches you have to bring them to a boil along with sugar, turn down and let simmer for one hour. After that you turn off the heat and let sit another hour before continuing with the recipe. I used some fresh local peaches and this tea was very refreshing.
