Vegan Orange Cornmeal Pancakes

Just needed a good recipe for cornmeal pancakes, since I don't like the texture of standard American buttermilk pancakes. These had just the right subtle grainy texture from cornmeal that I wanted. I did not incorporate the orange slice as suggested.
