This is an absolutely delicious dish, and pretty easy to make. It takes some time as the fish needs to "cook" in the lime juice, but aside from that you just have to throw a bunch of the ingredients together. At the end of the day, you have a very good (and quite special) appetizer.

I'd highly recommend making fresh tortilla chips (pg. 136) to go along with this. I had never made them myself before, but they really make the dish jump out even more.
