Very good. I use 3-4 cloves of garlic instead of 6. I also use any veggies I have left in my fridge.

Easy and tasty variation on pizza. The crust was golden and crunchy and the toppings were moist and tasty. Be careful spreading the polenta as it can get really thick around the corners where the bottom and side of the pie plate meet. Delicious!
