I hate to give this recipe this rating, but I have tried to make it a couple of times, and I just get a pan full of burnt chick pea crumbs. The patties do not stay together for me at all. I can't figure out what is causing it, and I'd like to, because the seasoning is very nice and would make a good-tasting felafel if intact.

Easy to make and very tasty - was pleasently surprised first time making felafel. You can cook right away or store and cook later.
