I love this dish for an easy weeknight meal and have made it a few times. I would add a little more garlic because I love garlic, but otherwise everything worked beautifully. And it's so light!

I ate this on its own and thought it was filling, but I served it over whole wheat orzo for my boyfriend and he was a big fan.

Very good for a low-fat, low-calorie meal. I doubled the amount of garlic. I would definitely recommend serving this over pasta and NOT rice (the instructions say to serve with either).
