Even though I had to make the crust without a food processor, this tart turned out beautifully! I used canned pears (this is "trés French" according to Deb) since I have a limited produce selection here in Taipei. I made this for a Thanksgiving potluck, and people were impressed with how professional the pear "design" looked.
