This is my go to breakfast for when I have guests or when I want to have a special breakfast. Extremely easy recipe with the help of my trusty blender and a light weight small skillet. I recommend this to anyone that loves crepes or anyone that has never tried to cook crepes because they have been too intimidated to try. Also, I have never used whole milk for this recipe and the crepes have turned out just fine.
