This was a pretty good week night meal if you have a small flank steak (under a pound) that you want to use up. The flavor is good but didn't bowl me over. The recipe calls for a low-sodium soy sauce but I kind of missed the salt so I added some. The recipe also called for cashews which I used but to be honest they seemed kind of overwhelmed by the other ingredients. So -- bottom line -- it was fine but I probably will not be motivated to make it again.
