Daughter and I loved this one but hubby though just ok. We loved that it was served over orzo. This is very quick to make. Peeling the shrimp was the most time consuming part of the recipe. The sauce made from garlic, dried chili flakes, white wine and the left over oil from stir frying the shrimp was delicious especially after the addition of tomatoes and basil. The recipe called for grape tomatoes but since I didn't have any on hand and had all the other ingredients I made it with drained dice... Read more
