I made these for my daughter and I. We loved them.. Turkey sloppy Joes over baked sweet potatoes with toppings of chopped pickle, green onions and cheddar cheese. Fall has definitely arrived and this was the perfect fall supper. You can also make these with russet potatoes and ground beef if desired.
