These potatoes go with anything, not necessarily Indian.
Easy to make, very tasty.
According to the recipe, the same pot/casserole that's used to brown the onion and garlic holds the potatoes and goes into the oven. Lacking a casserole that could sit on the flame and go into the oven, I used a cast iron skillet. Which was fine, except that the bottom potatoes turned a bit black when the skillet had to spend a day in the fridge. Although it means another pot to wash, the next time I'll to do the... Read more
