These potatoes go with anything, not necessarily Indian.
Easy to make, very tasty.
According to the recipe, the same pot/casserole that's used to brown the onion and garlic holds the potatoes and goes into the oven. Lacking a casserole that could sit on the flame and go into the oven, I used a cast iron skillet.
