I liked this version of the recipe as it allayed by fears as to what type of peanut butter to use. I loved that there was no butter to soften, nothing to separate or chop, etc. I had too soft a batter to roll into balls, so just dropped it. I was able to use a fork and sugar to make that important peanut butter cookie cross hatch pattern on top. They turned out better looking than I thought. I missed the taste of the flour.
