Very good. Nice change from regular potato salad. I used light mayo where it said either mayo or sour cream. Think it would be good with sour cream as well. Uses many of the same ingredients you might find in regular potato salad, such as celery, onion, paprika, celery seed and salt and pepper. It called for white pepper but I just used black.
