Clearly the best of the three Shulman squash soups that I've tried. The white bean squash soup had too little squash flavor, while the Provincal Winter Squash Soup was good but a little bland. This soup, though, had a good ginger flavor, sweet with the combination of squash and carrots (both from my garden), and the spoon of yogurt and squeeze of lime just set it off perfectly.

If you make only one squash soup this fall, make it this one!
