These crackers were delicious and super easy to make. I love the combination of the sharp cheese with a hint of smoky pepper. I'll definitely be making these again.

I made these a couple of weeks ago and froze the dough then thawed them last night and baked them today for thanksgiving. They were amazing and were quickly gobbled up. They are very flavorful and I would not change a thing!
