I can't believe I'm giving Ina a two-star rating, but here's why. The soup was okay. I used one large onion, because two onions sounded like a LOT. Yes, I have saffron on hand. I used crushed tomatoes. So, I followed the recipe, including the orzo. The end result was that there was a LOT of onion. You couldn't really taste the onion, because it's cooked for 15 minutes, until lightly golden. I just got remarks from my family like "that's a lot of onion". The soup was a bit on the... Read more
