Tasty and relatively quick to make (although I'm sure it took me a lot longer than 15 mins). The addition of roasted peppers to the passata adds a lovely freshness to the sauce. The meatballs are meant to be served with spiced bulgur wheat but I use couscous or steamed basmati rice instead.
