Even though I don’t enjoy cleaning a food mill, it’s worth it for this recipe to get the wonderful texture for these potatoes. I loved the taste the olive oil lent to the potatoes. I’ll be making this one again, next time maybe even with the variation of using garlic, as we love garlic mashed potatoes as well.
