This was really lovely - the ribs were fall off the bone tender, and the marinade made a lovely sauce. A word of warning - this is not what you'd probably think of when you think ribs (my BF was very confused when I brought this out after I told him we were having ribs) - it's definitely a moist braise. Super yummy though.
