Hubby and I loved this updated version of tuna casserole. I liked that it had mushrooms and Parmesan cheese in it. It calls for one 5 ounce can of tuna but says you can use two so I did. I like a little more tuna in mine. I loved the Ritz cracker crumbs and butter topping. It says you can also use crushed potato chips instead of crackers and I bet that option would be good as well.
