The major tweak in this recipe is sauteeing the dry cream of wheat in butter before adding the milk. The other difference is more salt than other recipes.
The result is an amazingly rich tasting pudding. The butter flavor really comes through, and its the perfect comfort food for a snowy Sunday morning.
