Surprisingly delicious side dish of couscous and cauliflower.
I didn’t follow the recipe instructions to finely chop the cauliflower and toasted almonds as I prefer larger pieces and contrasting textures. However, after seeing my finished dish with the vegetable pieces coated in couscous, I can understand the merits of doing it the author’s way and creating a more homogeneous mixture.
