This is amazing. It's so easy to make but tastes like it's a lot of work. At first I was tempted to overcook this one as although it was perfectly browned it was a tiny bit jiggly. The bottom is like a cross between a not quiet baked cake and almost puddingish. Once cooled it sets up a bit more and is moist and delicious.
