A very simple, very easy recipe. I was scared to make my own yogurt--I thought it would be risky--but it really is easy. This recipe is clear, concise, and offers a range of troubleshooting hints.
We usually go through over a litre of yogurt a week in our home so this recipe has become a staple and a godsend in helping with our grocery bill!
