The five star rating applies to both the fresh flavor and fast prep. I used the lump crab meat available from Costco and it was excellent. Added to some 1/4 in. diced celery. Then mix about 1.5 T. fresh lemon juice and a pinch or two of cayenne to one cup of prepared or homemade mayonnaise (I used Hellman's because I was short on time but next time I will definitely try this with homemade mayo).
