3 “ Pretty good, but not so amazing that I would make it again. Husband says 2.5 if that were an option.
This was an okay dish. I love using won ton skins as a simple way to make ravioli. It's just that this filling wasn't that great. It would have been bland if we hadn't added some pancetta to our butter sauce we used for the ravioli.
Giada calls for you to take square won ton skins and then cut them into half-moons (mezzaluna). I just bought round won ton skins.
