One of the easiest ice creams to make: pomegranate juice (freshly squeezed or store bought) etc is whisked with cream until thickened and then placed in the freezer for a few hours…..that’s all there is to it!
The result is a pretty pink, creamy ice cream with the vibrant flavour of pomegranate.
