We made these for our family tradition of appetizers on Christmas Eve for our supper this year. Nice change of our traditional southern way of simple deviled eggs. The addition of cheddar cheese, and chives along with the spicy kick of chipotles was nice. Everyone here enjoyed them except hubby who didn't like them at all and son in law who doesn't eat eggs or mayonnaise.
