We love cheese and this one was adored by all but son in law who doesn't care that much for cheese. This was another of our Christmas Eve appetizers. Great with Ritz crackers or wheat thins but hubby loved it with potato chips too. For a cheese lover you can't go wrong with a warm cheese dip made from sharp cheddar, cream cheese, and Monterey Jack and the addition of mayo, bacon, cayenne, and green onions with a few crumbled Ritz on top. Definitely one I'll make again.

You can't go wrong with bacon and cheese! Your Christmas Eve appetizer menu sounds like so much fun!
