I made this one for hubby, son in law and I. Daughter doesn't eat red meat so she made her some mushroom barley soup to eat instead. It was quiet good but the gravy was a bit thin. Next time I'll only use one can of French onion soup instead of two and instead of a can of water for each can of soup I'll only use half a can. I have used the Golden mushroom soup, also called for in this recipe, in my roasts before and we love the flavor they give to the meat.
