This was a hit at our Christmas 2012 breakfast. It went great with some bacon on the side and the Antioxidant Fruit Salad on page 254. We liked the combo of Mozzarella, Parm and cheddar along with the French bread, eggs, green onions, sour cream and chives. I also enjoyed the fact the casserole was put together the night before and then baked upon waking. Easy, delicious and perfect for Christmas morning.
