We loved this one. I'd never tried making slaw dressing whizzing vinegar, vegetable oil, dry sherry, sugar, garlic and salt in the food processor. This was delicious topping the shredded cabbage and parsley. The hardest part was waiting the hour resting in the fridge to eat it. It went great with the BBQ ribs I made to go with.
