Delicious and very fresh tasting lightly dressed salad where all of the flavours of the fresh herbs and dried spices come together to complement the beans.
I used a mix of dill and parsley in place of the chervil so there wasn’t an obvious licorice flavour even though there was some tarragon in the herb mix, and I toasted and ground the cumin and coriander seeds as I didn’t relish biting into them whole “ especially the coriander.
